On Friday, we watched the 4th-6th grade students perform "Bebop with Aesop". The 4th -6th graders had auditioned for the Venture Theatre and were selected to perform the play. The students had been practicing for 2 weeks to bring this play to life. It was a wonderful performance and I think the kindergarteners loved watching it. They seemed to enjoy it very much. For the rest of the afternoon, the kids continued discussing the play. So I think it made an impression on them.
It's wonderful to bring different art mediums to the children. They enjoy watching performances and learning. I love watching their faces as they experience new things.
