Weekly Class News
From the kindergarten classroom of Mrs. McCrohan

HIGHLIGHTS
This week, we are studying whales and their characteristics. In math, we are still working on addition. Keep working on number recognition up to 30, also work with your child about recognizing a penny, nickel and dime. The letters we're working on this week are L, M, R, S, & X. Friday is Pajama Day. Please have your child wear pajamas with bottoms. Your child can also wear slippers, but they need to bring tennis shoes for outdoor play. As always, dress according to the weather.

Little Caesar's Read-a-thon
Send in the first slip on the Little Caesar's Read-a-thon letter that I sent home. Please continue reading till the end of the month. Be sure to write down your minutes for all that you or your child reads. I need the reading calendars by April 30 so I can turn them in to the student council.
